I am a filmmaker working on a documentary about an event that has not, as yet, come to public attention. It concerns a killing that appears to involve an army soldier on Downhill Beach earlier in the summer. This individual claims it was an accident with his personal protection weapon. The press is not reporting on it. Why? I’m exploring more details about the perpetrator, the victim and the circumstance of this killing. I am gathering materials here as I find them or receive them.
